Shipping Costs
All of our fountains ship free to the continental United States. Soothing Walls doesn't want to burden you with extra charges so we cover the cost of shipping the fountain to your home or office. If the fountain is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally some additional charges will usually be added to cover the amount to ship the fountain these longer distances. Please call customer service so we can determine the shipping charges.
Shipping to Canada
Some of our fountains even ship free to Canada, please call customer service to find out which ones or what additional charges may apply to ship your fountain to Canada.
Shipping Times
Most fountains ship out of the warehouse within 24-48 hours. Custom fountains or fountains that are made to order take a little longer. Please call Customer Service so that we can help you with shipping times or help you find a fountain if you are in a time constraint.
Receiving The Fountain
All fountains need to be inspected for damage before accepting the fountain from the carrier. If there is damage do not accept delivery and call Soothing Walls immediately so that we can send you a new fountain as soon as possible. If you accept the fountain as there is damage from shipping you need to notify Soothing Walls within 24 hours or we will not be responsible for shipping damages.
Returning Your Fountain
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Soothing Walls, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Soothing Walls must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
The ORIGINAL SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you received FREE shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.
Custom Water Fountains, including logos, can not be returned due to their custom nature.
Slate Color is not a reason for return, all images on this website are for example purposes only.
To return an Item call Customer Service and they will give you instructions on how to return your fountain. Do not send fountains to our corporate office, there is no one there to inspect these fountains.
Shipping Damages
Shipping damage rarely occurs but if you do see damage of your product you must report it right away, within 24-48 hours of receiving your item. Larger Fountains shipped via Common Carrier should be opened in front of the driver and inspect all items. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and refuse shipment. If the driver has departed, you MUST report damage to Soothing Walls within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). After 48 hours, you will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier. If you can not open the package in front of the driver take pictures of the box or packaging before opening it or simply write "Was Not Able To Inspect" where your signature goes. All damage must be documented or photos taken of packaging to get any type of shipping claim. Items shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS: Open as soon as possible upon receipt. Any damage should be reported to Soothing Walls within 24-48 hours.
